Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the IVF Canada website and enrollment in our TEF Canada preparation programs. By booking a demo, enrolling in a program, or paying for a course, you agree to these terms.

Programs & Formats

We offer TEF preparation in two formats:

  • Online Live — Live classes via Google Meet. CLB 5 and CLB 7 packages are billed as one-time payments and include unlimited classes until you pass the TEF Canada exam (see “Online Unlimited Access” below).
  • In-Person Mississauga — Face-to-face classes held at 5730 Coopers Ave #32, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2E9. Billed monthly on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitment.

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed when payment is successfully processed. We strongly encourage all prospective students to attend a free demo class before enrolling to confirm that the program is the right fit. Demo bookings are free and do not constitute enrollment.

After successful payment you will receive a confirmation email containing your batch schedule and joining instructions (Google Meet link for online classes, or classroom details for in-person classes).

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Prices on the website are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). The final amount charged at checkout reflects the Stripe processing fee shown on the checkout page.

For in-person enrollment, your card will be charged automatically each month until you request cancellation. Card statements will show the descriptor configured by IVF Canada in Stripe.

If a monthly renewal payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the charge and may email you a link to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected after repeated attempts, your access to in-person classes may be paused until the payment is resolved.

Updating Your Payment Method

If your card on file is expiring or has been replaced, Stripe will email you a secure link to update your payment method. You can also request a link by contacting us at admin@immigrateviafrench.com.

Subscription Cancellation (In-Person Only)

To cancel your monthly in-person subscription, contact us by email, WhatsApp, or message your instructor at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to classes through the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged for the following month.

Online Unlimited Access

Our online packages include unlimited live classes until you pass the TEF Canada exam at your target CLB level. To qualify for continued access, you must:

  • Attend classes consistently and complete assigned coursework;
  • Provide proof of your TEF Canada attempt (official score report) within 14 days of receiving your results;
  • Notify us promptly when you achieve your target CLB score so we may close out your enrollment.

Access is intended for genuine TEF preparation and is not transferable to another individual. IVF Canada reserves the right to discontinue access for inactive accounts (no class attendance for 90 consecutive days) or in cases of misuse.

Refunds

All payments are final. IVF Canada does not offer refunds for either online or in-person enrollments. Cancelling a monthly in-person subscription stops future charges but does not refund any previously paid months. We do not pro-rate partial months.

We strongly recommend attending a free demo class before paying for any program to confirm the program is the right fit. If you have concerns about a billing issue, contact us within 5 business days of the charge and we will review the matter at our discretion.

Class Attendance & Conduct

Online classes are conducted live via Google Meet. In-person classes are held at our Mississauga location. Students are expected to attend scheduled classes, complete coursework, and treat instructors and fellow students with respect. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or sharing of class recordings without permission may result in removal from the program without refund.

Missed classes may be caught up using provided notes and recordings when available. Class schedules and locations may be adjusted with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All course materials — including lesson plans, assignments, mock tests, recordings, and study guides — are the intellectual property of IVF Canada and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared with non-enrolled individuals without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

IVF Canada provides exam preparation services but does not guarantee specific TEF Canada scores, immigration outcomes, work permit decisions, or any other result that depends on third-party assessment. Results depend on individual effort, attendance, and preparation. IVF Canada's total liability arising from your use of our services is limited to the total amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
